COLOMBO, Sri Lanka: More than a 100 people are feared killed in mudslide caused by torrential monsoon rains in Sri Lanka on Wednesday.
The Disaster Management Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said that the death toll is feared to rise as 300 people are still missing and scores of houses were buried in the incident.
The landslide hit Haldummulla village of tea gardeners situated at 190 kilometers away from the Capital Colombo.
