100 more killed in Gaza by Israeli strikes while Muslim World fails to support Palestinians
Monitoring Desk, Despatch News Desk: Israeli rocket attacks on Gaza were continued on Friday, resulting death of around 100 Palestinians but Palestine has failed to get any support from Muslim World (Muslim Ummah) and support from Arab League and OIC did not got beyond just verbal statements.
Arab League General-Secretary Nabil al Arabi called for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council to “adopt measures to stop Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.”
The Thursday meeting of the OIC executive committee in the Saudi city of Jeddah condemned the Israeli crimes against Palestinians.
Neither OIC nor Arab League announced any concrete steps to save Palestinians from Israeli strikes or to visit Gaza to show solidarity with Gaza population.
On the other hand, Conference of Presidents and Jewish Federations from United States are reaching to Israel on Monday July 14 to show solidarity with Israel and Jewish Federations across North America have launched an emergency fund for providing urgent and immediate assistance to Israeli communities.
