SWABI, Pakistan: The 23rd Martyrdom Anniversary of Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed, the recipient of the Country’s highest military award Nishan-e-Haider, was observed on Tuesday at his native town Swabi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the Inspector General Frontier Constabulary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Major General Adil Yamin laid floral wreath at Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed’s mausoleum.
A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army presented a guard of honour.
Various people from different walks of life, civil and military officials and relatives of shaheed attended the wreath laying ceremony.
