MUMBAI: At least 30 persons were killed and seven others injured when a bus collided with a truck and plunged into a 120-metre deep gorge in western India on Thursday.

Police said that driver lost control of the bus after the collision near a hilly tourist spot in the Thane district of Maharashtra state of India.
