ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: As many as 607,117 people were administered the doses of COVID-19 vaccines in Pakistan on July 19, the highest figure recorded in a day.
So far, a total of 24,096,587 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 across the Country.
Meanwhile, 37 more people succumbed to the infection and 2,145 new Cases surfaced in the Country in the last 24 hours.
Throughout the Country, 40,805 COVID-19 tests were conducted on July 19, and 2,145 of them returned positive showing a positivity ratio of 5.25%.
The data released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) showed that 17 people died of Coronavirus in Sindh on July 19, 11 in Punjab, 5 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 3 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 1 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

As of now, a total of 993,872 Coronavirus Cases have been detected in the Country including 358,176 in Sindh, 351,000 in Punjab, 140,962 in KPK, 84,842 in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), 29,190 in Balochistan, 22,192 in AJK, and 7,510 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Similarly, the virus has caused 22,848 fatalities so far in the Country. Out of them, 10,892 deaths have been reported in Punjab, 5,737 in Sindh, 4,391 in KPK, 787 in ICT, 602 in AJK, 319 in Balochistan, and 120 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
So far, 921,095 people have recovered from the disease across Pakistan making it a significant count whereas 49,929 people are still under treatment.
