ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Friday approved postings and transfers of top bureaucrats.
A statement released by the PM House said notification of the transfers would be issued by the Establishment Division.
According to the PM House, Imran Gardezi has been appointed Secretary Information, Ijaz Ali Khan Secretary Narcotics, Abu Akif Secretary Climate Change, Abid Javed Secretary Food Security, Shoaib Siddiqui Special Secretary Interior, Hassan Iqbal Secretary Capital Administration and Development Division, Humayun Khan Secretary Federal Education, Abdul Jabber Secretary National Assembly, Dr Shujaat Special Secretary Finance, Khalid Masood Secretary Communications and Pir Baksh Jamali Secretary Ombudsman.
Saba Mohsin Additional Secretary will hold the additional charge of Director General, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, the statement said.
