ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)-led government has initiated numerous development projects that would change fate of the people of Pakistan for all times to come.
In a meeting with the PML-N leader Pir Sabir Shah who called on him at the PM House in Islamabad on Thursday to discuss development and political matters, the prime minister said that he has always worked for the welfare of the people.
The prime minister said that the implementation of the development projects started by the present government would change fate of the people of Pakistan for all times to come
Pir Sabir Shah said that the prime minister is getting more popular amongst people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to his development agenda.
The PML-N leader said that current government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has failed to deliver in the province and as result people are looking upto PML-N as the next government in 2018 in the northwestern province.
Separately, the PML-N lawmakers in the National Assembly including Malik Shakir Bashir Awan, Nasir Iqbal Bosal and Najaf Abbas Sial also held meetings with the prime minister in Islamabad and discussed issues related to politics and development in their respective constituencies.
