Islamabad:Â New Wikileaks confirms that Canadian government in December 1976 tried to catch Pakistani Nuclear programme on the direct instructions of United States government working as its second fiddle however failed to trap the then Prime Minister Zulifiqar Ali Bhutto who decided not to stop Nuclear programme.
