RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chairman Army Census Support Center (ACSC) Lt General Zahid Latif Mirza on Friday appreciated cooperation of Pakistani citizens and media as the sixth Housing and Population Census continues across Pakistan successfully.
His remarks came in a meeting with the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) Officials at the ACSC at Headquarters Army Air Defence in Rawalpindi, said a press release issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Friday.
The PBS Officials included Secretary Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) Dr Shujat Ali and Chief Statistician Asif Bajwa among others. They acknowledged Pakistan army’s Support for the ongoing Census process.
The Chairman Army Census Support Center said that smooth conduct of first Stage of Phase 1 is collective success of the team. He also appreciated cooperation of Pakistani citizens and media. He appreciated Pakistan army and civil enumerators for performing their task.
Lt General Zahid Latif Mirza congratulated PBS on successful completion of Stage one and expected that remaining stages will also be concluded in stipulated time frame.
