LAHORE, Pakistan: The Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Khan Buzdar has said that Dolphin Force will be introduced in other big cities of the province including Dera Ghazi Khan in a phased manner.
While addressing the Passing out Ceremony of 7th Batch of Dolphin Force comprising on 881 personnel at Chung Police Training Centre in Lahore on Thursday morning, he congratulated the Dolphin Force personnel on successful completion of their training, and said that it’s an honour for him to participate in the Passing out Parade.
The Chief Minister said that equipping police with latest weapons and training on modern lines is the policy of the government.
The Punjab Chief Minister said that the performance of Dolphin Force is commendable. He said that police’s behaviour with the public must be friendly and cooperative.
Usman Buzdar said that protecting the lives and property of the people is a sacred duty. He said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government is committed to ensure complete peace in the province.
Sardar Usman Buzdar also announced that police training colleges will be established in Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal and Sargodha.
