ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Country Manager of Mitsubishi Kimihide Ando has said that his Company is optimistic in investing in Pakistan.
In a meeting with the Federal Minister for Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar Khan in Islamabad on Wednesday, Kimihide Ando said that due to geo strategic location of Pakistan, the Country can take a lot of advantage from liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the incumbent government is making a futuristic policy.
The minister said that government is interested in helping International Companies who want to invest in gas sector. He said that all the obstructions will be removed from the way of gas market expansion.
Ghulam Sarwar said that due to increase in demand of gas, the investment in gas sector is the need of the hour. He said that this is the reason that reputed International Companies are in contact with the petroleum division.
The federal minister also gave souvenir to the Country Manager of Mitsubishi.
