Following is the required information for the online form
- Details of previous passports.
- Family History (Names, Place of Birth and address)
- Home Address.
- How long have you lived at the current residence address?
- Residence Tel No. / Cell No. & Email Address
- Details of family in the UK (if any).
- Total monthly income after deduction of tax.
The standard visa fee (In Pakistani rupees)
Short-term (up to 6 months) Rs 13,050
Longer-term (valid for up to 2 years) Rs 49,500
Longer-term (valid for up to 5 years) Rs 90,000
Longer-term (valid for up to 10 years) Rs 1,12,800
The online forms and appointment letter must be downloaded from the website and supporting documents must be attached.
Documents required for submission
- Original passport for minimum of six months validity
- Original CNIC
- Marital status, Married Applicants, Marriage Certificate and Original Family “B” form-NADRA-computerized. For Unmarried Applicants a family registration form or B-forms required.
- Bank statement of last six months
- Copies of ownership documents for any commercial, residential or agricultural properties, if any.
- Business Registration Documents, Import / Export license, Tax Returns Proofs, Business cards (Visiting Card),Company Letter Head with signed declaration business, NTN certificate, chamber of commerce and Industry certificate, professional business membership certificates and ISO Certification (If any).
- For salaried person, a reference letter form the company that describes that the person is leaving for a certain period of time on vacation to Visit UK. Salary certificate and salary bank statement must be provided.
- For government employees, a NoC (No objection Certificate) is required.
After that the completed file, forms, appointment letter and passport must be submitted in Gerry FedEx Office (a Company which aids Pakistanis in visa processing services for 18 Countries including United Kingdom).
