SIALKOT, Pakistan: The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government is moving towards E-governance to improve the system.

Talking to the media persons in Sialkot on Saturday, Dr Firdous said that the governance system of provincial governments will also be improved to achieve the desired objective.

The Special Assistant said that the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Sector will also be revived to promote industrial activity in the Country as per the vision of the prime minister.

Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan also expressed the government’s commitment to extend facilities to the rural population that are available to those in the Urban Centres.

Dr Firdous further said that the government will soon launch a crackdown against hoarders and profiteers in order to check the price hike. She said that it is the determination of Prime Minister Imran Khan to provide relief to the masses.

The Special Assistant said that the role of middle man is also being eliminated to check the price hike.
