PIA Passenger Plane Crashes – A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane with nearly 100 passengers on board crashed in Karachi on Friday afternoon.
Reportedly, the PIA plane Airbus 320 was traveling from Lahore and crashed near Model Colony in Karachi just before the landing at the Jinnah International Airport.
The CEO PIA Air Marshal (retd) Arshad Malik said that Captain Sajjad Gul declared a technical fault to the ATC tower on approach in Karachi.
Air Marshal (retd) Arshad Malik said that the runways were cleared for him but the Captain decided to pull-up, why, it will be ascertained after an investigation.
