ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza along with three Services Chiefs on Tuesday visited the headquarters of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) wherein they reviewed the national security and regional developments, the Dispatch News Desk (DND) news agency reported.

According to the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) of Pakistan Armed Forces, the Director-General ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid received the CJCSC and Services Chiefs including the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Zafar Mehmood Abbasi and the Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan at the Directorate General ISI.ISI - The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza along with three Services Chiefs on Tuesday visited the headquarters of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) wherein they reviewed the regional developments. Meanwhile, a comprehensive briefing was given to the military leadership on the regional security issues with special focus on the situation of the Line of Control (LoC) and the Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IOJ&K). The CJCSC and the Services Chiefs appreciated the tireless efforts of ISI for National Security and expressed satisfaction over professional preparedness.

Meanwhile, a comprehensive briefing was given to the military leadership on the regional security issues with special focus on the situation of the Line of Control (LoC) and the Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IOJ&K).

The CJCSC and the Services Chiefs appreciated the tireless efforts of ISI for National Security and expressed satisfaction over professional preparedness.

Pakistan keeps an eye on regional developments as the situation is grave at Line of Actual Control in Ladakh region between India and Chian and also at Indo-Nepal Border in Lipulek pass. At Galwan Valley in Ladakh, one Indian Colonel and two soldiers were killed in staffoff between Chinese and Indian Army on June 16 (today) while Indian Army Troops initiated an unprovoked ceasefire violation in Bagsar Sector along LOC targeting civil population. Due to the indiscriminate fire of Indian troops, an innocent civilian, Babar Hussain, resident of Mehtika village got injured.
