ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan’s pharmaceutical exports have grown by 22.6% in the first quarter of 2020-21 to US$ 68.1 million as compared to US$ 55.6 million in the corresponding period last year, the Prime Minister’s Adviser for Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood said.

Sharing the export figures on Twitter on Monday, Abdul Razak Dawood said that our pharmaceutical exports have gotten off to a good start this year.

The adviser said that all this has been due to the hard work of our pharmaceutical exporters and a renewed focus on exports.

Abdul Razak Dawood also expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination Dr. Faisal Sultan, and his team for their valuable support to the Pharma Industrial Sector.
