LAHORE: Election of Punjab Chief Minister is to be held on Thursday.
Candidates for the slot of Chief Minister can submit their papers on prescribed form to Secretary Punjab Assembly tomorrow till 5pm.
The Speaker of the provincial assembly will scrutinize the papers on the same day at 6 pm.
Under the 18th constitutional amendment‚ it is necessary for the candidate of the chief ministership to secure majority votes.
