KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Saturday alleged that soon after the formation of provincial government it is being given threats of imposing Governor rule.
“If efforts were made to bulldoze the Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) mandate then they would react,” Memon said while talking to newsmen in Karachi on Saturday.
“If anybody wanted to join treasury benches in Sindh Assembly then they should contact the PPP,” he added.
Memon further said that personality of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Mumtaz Bhutto doesn’t suit with that of governorship. He can only hold the ‘dogs and cocks fight’, he said.
In reply to a question, the information minister said that he didn’t want to comment on Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief’s statement, adding that he doesn’t believe on racism and all the citizen of Sindh are Sindhis.
