ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: As many as 337,248 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered to people across Pakistan on June 24, taking the number of people vaccinated so far in the Country to 14,503,136.

Meanwhile, 1,052 new infections were registered and 44 deaths occurred in the Country in the last 24 hours, according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).

The NCOC’s data showed that 45,924 people were tested for Coronavirus on June 24 and 1,052 of them turned out to be positive showing a ratio of 2.29%.

It showed that in the last 24 hours, 44 COVID-19 patients died in Sindh, 12 in Punjab, 5 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), and 1 in Balochistan.

To date, 952,907 Coronavirus Cases have been recorded in Pakistan. Out of them, 345,546 have surfaced in Punjab, 334,453 in Sindh, 137,484 KPK, 82,502 in ICT, 26,893 in Balochistan, 20,121 in AJK, and 5,908 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Similarly, the Country has so far registered 22,152 deaths including 10,700 in Punjab, 5,392 in Sindh, 4,294 in KPK, 775 in ICT, 576 in AJK, 304 in Balochistan, and 111 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
