KARACHI, Pakistan: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif held a meeting with the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah at the Chief Minister’s House in Karachi on Wednesday, and discussed political, economic and other issues of importance were discussed.
Besides matters relating to the overall law & order situation and administration of the Sindh province.
The prime minister directed the chief minister to make all out efforts for the welfare of the people and for the safety of their lives and properties.

Murad Ali Shah congratulated Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on the occasion for assuming the office of the prime minister and assured him that the Sindh government will work closely with the federal government for the welfare of the people of the province.
The meeting was also attended by Members of National Assembly Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Maryam Aurangzeb, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Maulana Asad Mehmood and Ahsan Iqbal besides other officials.
Earlier, the Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah accorded the prime minister a warm welcome on his arrival at the Chief Minister House.
Shahbaz Sharif accompanied amongst others by MNAs Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Maulana Asad Mehmood, Miftah Ismail and Akram Durrani reached Karachi on a day-long visit.
Soon after his arrival, the prime minister along with the leaders of allied parties paid his respects at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam. He also laid floral wreath at the mausoleum and offered Fateha.
