KARACHI: Monsoon rains are lashing upper Punjab‚ upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir as the fresh rain spell is likely to continue throughout this week.
The intermittent rains of monsoon season continued in Islamabad‚ Rawalpindi‚ Lahore‚ Gujranwala‚ Malakand‚ Hazara‚ Peshawar and Kashmir and other parts of the country today.
Pakistan Metrological Department (PMD) forecast thundershowers in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hazara Division, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Peshawar, Kohat, Malakand Division and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.
This spell will continue intermittently throughout this week, the PMD said.
