ISLAMABAD: An investigation report on missing record of communication with Swiss officials has been submitted to the Supreme Court that says former Federal Law Secretary Yasmin Abbasi is responsible of missing record of mails with Swiss officials over cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.

The report has been prepared by a probe committee comprising Cabinet Secretary Sami Saeed and Director General of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) Aftab Sultan.

The committee in its report has declared former Federal Law Secretary Yasmin Abbassi responsible of missing the record of mails with the Swiss officials about cases of President Asif Ali Zardari.

The letters of communication with the Swiss officials had been not made part of official record while whole Law Division and Private Secretary remained unaware bout that, says the probe report.

The report states, Yasmin Abbassi kept all record of communication during the period of September 20-2012 to March 12-2013 with Swiss officials in her occupation and she did not cooperate in this probe as well.
