SAMNGIN: Britain has sent its troops to Samngin district of Afghanistan’s Helmand province for operation to assist the Afghan forces.
The British Defense Ministry confirmed on Sunday that 80 British military advisers were sent back to the district this month to assist the Afghan soldiers for an eight-day operation to clear the area of insurgents.
