ISLAMABAD: According to Flood Forecasting Division‚ River Sutlaj is in low flood at Sulemanki and Islam Headworks.
River Chenab is in high flood at Panjnad River while River Ravi is in high flood at Saadhanai.
River Indus is in medium flood at Sukkur Barrage.
In Sindh‚ 300 villages have been submerged due to flood water in Katcha areas of Khairpur district and standing crops on thousands of acres of land have also destroyed.
Deputy Commissioner Khairpur told Radio Pakistan Hyderabad’s correspondent that thousands of affected people have been shifted to safer places.
In Dadu another 25 villages of Katcha area have also been inundated by flood water.
