ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Choudhry said that the judicial system is confronted with challenges of social vlaues and procedural laws which demands legislation.
He was addressing Law and Justice Commission meeting in Islamabad on Sunday.
He said that it is the responsibility of the judiciary to dispense inexpensive and speedy justice to the people.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Justices of the High Courts‚ Attorney General and Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court.
