QUETTA: As many as 18 suspects were arrested in a joint search operation conducted by the paramilitary Frontier Corps (FC) and police in the provincial capital Quetta on Tuesday, FC spokesman said.
The spokesman said that on receiving a tip-off, police and FC personnel raided Rindhgarh area of the city and arrested 18 suspects, adding that suspects were given in police custody for interrogation.
Another group allegedly involved in mobile phone snatching was also arrested in a separate raid at Satellite Town, the FC spokesman said.
