While President Obama accuses Russia of a “clear violation of Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity and European foreign ministers are to hold an emergency meeting in Brussels on Monday.

US political scientists are of the view situation is tensed and President Obama can threaten to pull out of the G8 summit in Sochi in Russia and persuade others to do the same and also announce to throw Russia out of the G9 but he has nothing to offer to Ukraine.
