ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday annulled 238 appointments made in the Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI).
A two-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali gave its judgment in the EOBI appointments case in Islamabad on Monday.
The apex court directed that recruitment in the EOBI should be made in accordance with rules and merit.
