PESHAWAR: At least 10 militants were killed while three others sustained injuries in a clash that erupted between two groups of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in the Shaktoi area of South Waziristan on Tuesday.
The clashes which began on Sunday between the Khan Said alias Sajna and Waliur Rehman groups of the TTP continued on Tuesday as well. During the clash, both sides used heavy machinery, media citing government officials and Taliban sources reported.
On Monday, four militants including an important commander of the Hakimullah Mehsud group, Kashed Khan Mehsud, were killed and another was injured when their vehicle came under fire in the Shaktoi area.
