BAHAWALPUR: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday invited Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to have a meeting with him to resolve the issues instead of staging protest.
The prime minister was addressing the groundbreaking ceremony of 100 megawatt solar power project in Bahawalpur on Friday.
Sharif said that some political parties want to destabilize democracy by arranging protests. He said that these protests are being made against the development being made by the incumbent government.
Earlier, the prime minister laid the foundation stone of the country’s first solar power project in Bahawalpur.
