ISLAMABAD: A new research says that the heat and Ultraviolet (UV) rays cause significant oxidative damage to skin and other organs during summers.

Therefore, it is suggested to eat brightly coloured fruits and vegetables because these are rich in anti-oxidants which help in combating this damage.
