PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The Pakistani air force jets pounded militant hideouts in the restive North Waziristan tribal region on Wednesday, killing at least 65 more militants.
In a statement, the military officials said that the latest strikes targeted militants in the northwest of Dattakhel valley and a village of Shawal area, destroying five hideouts of the militants.
Resultantly, 35 militants were killed in Dattakhel while 30 militants were killed in aerial strikes in Shawal valley.
