In addition to providing for the under-privileged schools in the cities, Prince has taken its CSR program to the next level by reaching out to schools in Nara, one of the most remote and underdeveloped areas of the country. Located in the desert areas of Sindh, these schools are managed by Mrs. Sherood Hasan, member of the board of directors at Continental Biscuits Ltd.
Speaking about the initiative Group Brand Manager Ather S. Baghpatee said, ”Prince has always believed in the personal and social development of kids. Being a leading biscuit brand in the confectionery industry of Pakistan we consider this our responsibility to contribute to the society, especially for the neglected kids. Today we lay a stone for the betterment of kids who are not just our loyal consumer, but posses potential to take us forward in every aspect of life. We are hopeful that this step may encourage others to follow Prince’s vision of a literate Pakistan with a brighter future.”
