NASIRABAD: A bomb blast went off in Dera Allahyar town of Balochistan’s Jaffarabad district on Friday that left at least six people including two children dead and 40 others injured, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
The explosion took place when a bomb planted in a rickshaw parked at the roadside exploded at National Highway in Dera Allahyar town of Balochistan’s Jaffarabad district, leaving at least six people dead and 40 others injured, source said.
According to police initial reports, a dozen shops were also damaged in the explosion.
Police and rescue teams have reached the spot and injured are being shifted to nearby hospitals.
The nature of the blast is not known as yet.
DND
