PakistanMQM files petition against Karachi delimitation in SHC

KARACHI: Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has filed a petition against Karachi’s new delimitation in Sindh High Court on Monday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.

The Deputy Convener of the MQM, Farooq Sattar filed a constitutional petition with assistance of Barrister Farrogh Naseem in Sindh High Court, sources said.

The MQM argues that those delimitations are illegal and unconstitutional, which have been done after election schedule announcement.
