ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan Army is facing an interesting and sometimes hilarious media onslaught and recent example is an article published in an online website showing its location in Germany.
The article claimed that Pakistani Joint Chiefs of Staff “Zubair Mahmood Hayat” had said that Pakistan could (can) destroy Israel in less than 12 minutes. Writer who was apparently asked to write this hilarious and full of contradictions article had no time to even check basic information including who is the Pakistan Joint Chiefs of Staff?
Interesting, he also forget to cook references and citing from where such statement came and what media outlet reported such information.
More interestingly, he used photo of Chief of Pakistan Army Gen. Raheel Sharif with this article instead of Zubair Mahmood Hayat to whom he was referring to.
There is a saying in propaganda management that first proposition of propaganda material must be a real one—based on original information and then putting a fabricated information as second proposition can work to get designed propaganda syllogism. However, basic principle of propaganda was forgotten while cooking this loaded article that could help to antagonise Jew community against Pakistan.
Writer of this article does not know that Pakistan Joint Chiefs of Staff is General Rashad Mahmood instead of Zubair Mahmood Hayat.
Moreover, writer does know how Zubair Mahmood Hayat is physically and he posted photo of Chief of Pakistan Army Gen. Raheel Sharif instead of Gen. Zubair Mahmood Hayat.
Writer of this article also forgot another principle of propaganda that is to avoid mentioning any information that could give a lead to the source of propaganda.
Candidly, the writer without any connotation and reasoning mentioned that India is the most important base for Jews and Zionism— compromising his source from where the fabricated propaganda material came—- no need to say –of course Indian sources.
