DUBAI: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and famous pop singer Abrar ul Haq on Thursday brushed aside media reports that he was detained at the Dubai airport for not having a valid UAE visa on his Pakistani passport.
There is no truth to this story at all. Abrar Ul Haq has not been detained or arrested at Dubai Airport

The media further reported that a team from the Pakistani Embassy reached the airport and is engaged with Dubai authorities for resolving the issue.
Plus, the story of the Pakistani Embassy sending a team to the airport to resolve the issue is also nonsense.
