ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has introduced an online complaint management center to provide an easy access to its students to get immediate response of their queries, said a press release issued here.
The students living in any part of the country can approach the University for addressing their complaints relating to admission, examination or delivery of books, press release said.
He said an orientation and training session was held for the regional offices through video conference.
Following the directives of Vice Chancellor Dr.Shahid Siddiqui to keep high the interest of the students in educational pursuits, all important measures were being taken to achieve the objectives, it further said.
