KARACHI:Jamat-e-Islami (JI) and Awami National Party (ANP) parties of the Sindh have decided not to participate in the forthcoming by-election being held on 22 August.
Jamaat-e-Islami has demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to hold the by-elections on all the constituencies in Karachi city.
Awami National Party (ANP) has decided not to participate in the by-elections directly and would support the candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
