ISLAMABAD: Awami National Party (ANP) would sit in the opposition in the National and Khyber Pkahtunkhwa Assembly, the party’s chief Asfandyar Wali told newsmen on Thursday.
Asfandyar Wali said the ANP accepts the results of the elections, adding that our mandate was hijacked by terrorist forces who were attacking our rallies during the election campaign.
He said that ANP was attacked for 31 times by terrorists during election campaign but the ECP and caretaker government did not take the notice.
Asfandyar Wali also advised the PML-N and PTI to accept each other’s mandate.
