KARACHI: The Sindh government has postponed its anti-polio campaign in Karachi’s Baldia Town area, a day after eight persons were killed in a firing incident in the same area.
The anti-polio campaign, which was scheduled to begin from Monday (today), has been postponed due to law and order concerns in the area.
On Sunday, unknown assailants on motorcycles opened indiscriminate firing in Baldia Town area of Karachi, killing at least eight persons and injuring nine others.
