QUETTA: Miscreants in restive Balochistan’s Dera Bugti area blew up a gas pipeline, suspending the fuel supply to main plants.
An 18 inch diameter gas pipe line for plant of well No.41 of Pirkoh gas field was blown up by unknown miscreants late night in Dera Bugti‚ Levies sources said, adding that the explosive material was set off through remote control.
They said gas supply to the plant has been disrupted.
Hunt of the miscreants was underway. Two wells of the gas field were also attacked last week.
