KARACHI: At least two persons were killed and 14 others sustained injures including children and women when an explosion occurred on a railway track near Ghagar Phattak in Malir followed by the derailment of seven bogies of Shalimar Express.
The train was going to Lahore from Karachi but as it reached near Ghagar Phattak in Malir, an explosion took place, Malir SSP Rao Anwar said. He added that two of the seven derailed bogies overturned.
