PESHAWAR, Pakistan: A car bomb occurred targeting a vehicle of the Frontier Corps (FC) personnel in Peshawar on Tuesday morning, killing at least three persons including a woman and a security official and injuring 13 others.
The sources said that the violent incident took place at Sher Shah Suri Road in front of the Railways Station in Peshawar Cantt.
The CCPO Peshawar Ijaz Khan told reporters that the explosives were planted in an Alto car.
The police and rescue teams cordoned off the entire area and shifted the injured to Lady Reading Hospital and the Civil Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar.
