BNU School of Architecture to be named as Razia Hassan School of Architecture

Lahore: The naming ceremony of the Beaconhouse National University (BNU)’s School of Architecture is being held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at BNU Tarogil Campus. The School of Architecture has been named after the late mother of Dr. Parvez Hassan, who is a renowned lawyer, environmentalist and philanthropist. He is a member of the Board of Directors, Beaconhouse National University Foundation and the Board of Governors, BNU.
Mr. Imran Khan, Founding Chairman, Board of Governors of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Chancellor of University of Bradford, Founder Namal College Mianwali, Former Captain of Pakistan Cricket Team, a Sitting Parliamentarian and the Chairman, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, has very kindly consented to grace the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
Also present at the ceremony will be Chairperson, Board of Governors, BNU, Mrs. Nasreen Mahmud Kasuri and Vice Chancellor, Mr. Shahid Hafiz Kardar and also members of the Board, including Mr. Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri, Mr. Kasim Mahmud Kasuri, Dr. Parvez Hassan, Mr. Mueen Afzal and Mr. Shamim S. Khan. Also present will be Deans of BNU Schools, Faculty and students of the School of Architecture, BNU.
