BOL TV Has Started Their Test Live Transmission
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Finally the much-awaited launch of Pakistan’s largest media group BOL TV is now about to happen; however, it is not going to be as delightful as the group would have thought.
In his address to an audience in Karachi a few days ago, the Chairman & CEO BOL TV group Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh announced that they will launch the BOL TV on first day of Ramadan, the ninth month of Holy Islamic year.
However, BOL TV began its test transmission from Thursday (May 21, 2015).
The BOL TV launch comes at its mother organization the IT Company Axact has been gripped by a controversy —–its alleged involvement in selling of fake academic degrees online.
The allegations were leveled by the New York Times (NYT) in its report titled “Fake Diplomas, Real Cash: Pakistani Company Axact Reaps Millions” published on May 17. The Axact group has denied all the charges and accused other Pakistani media outfits of being involved in “conspiracy” against the country’s largest software company.
Since an investigation into alleged involvement of Axact in fake degrees scam continues by a seven-member team of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), therefore at the moment it is not worth believing that the NYT report was accurate.
People of Pakistan are waiting anxiously for the launch of BOL TV due to high expectations from the group that claimed to be largest News group even before launching any of its venture. BOL TV will be officially launched on 1st Ramadan.
