ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Brigadier Mohammad Ahmed has assumed the charge of new Military Secretary to the Prime Minister.
The outgoing Military Secretary Brigadier Waseem Iftikhar Cheema today paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad.
During the farewell call, the prime minister appreciated the services of the outgoing Military Secretary and wished him success both in his professional career as well as his personal life.
Separately, the Director General Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt. General Faiz Hamid also met Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Wednesday, and discussed matters pertaining to national security.

In addition, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Central Vice President and Parliamentary leader of the Party in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh, the Chairman PM’s Inspection Commission Ahmad Yar Hiraj, and a delegation of Supply Welfare Trust also held separate meetings with the prime minister today.
