ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has disposed of the case pertaining to security protocols and privileges for former premiers and federal ministers today.
A 5 member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the case.
Secretary Interior Khwaja Muhammad Siddique Akbar informed the court that notification in this regard had been revoked.
The Supreme Court yesterday suspended a notification under which the former government functionaries were entitled to lifetime security and other perks.
