ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will launch a first Mobile App in the federal capital to facilitate residents and visitors regarding hospital, picnic spots, universities, metro bus and hotels etc.

While signing an agreement between CDA and MCB for online tax payment system at Convention Center in Islamabad on Tuesday, the Member Administration CDA Yasir Pirzada told media that Islamabad would be a first city of the Country which would have a first Mobile App service.

The Member Administration CDA said a summery regarding installation of Wifi system at various places of the City had been sent to the Chief Commissioner Islamabad for approval and vendors were also agreed for free installation of Wifi service.

Yasir Pirzada said E-Office system had been implemented in the administration wing of the authority and movement of file system had decreased due to this service.  He said confidential record and inquires would be uploaded on the website of the CDA in next two months due to this system.

Pirzada said that in house, Complaint Management System had been developed for lodging complaints regarding different issues and problems through mobile and email.

After lodging complaints, a ticket would be issued to the complainants for tracking their complaints and chief complaint officer would check the dashboard of the concerned director, he added.
