Almaty, Kazakhstan: Central Asian countries have cut off from Ukraine for by air travel as Air Astana has closed Almaty-Kiev flight immediately after Malaysian Airlines MH17 tragedy while Uzbek Air is already “Off Season” and not flying to Kiev.

Kazakhstani airlines company SCAT cancelled flights to Kiev back in February due to unstable situation in Ukraine. Currently, no SCAT airplanes fly over Ukraine.

Moreover Air Astana has announced that it will change the routes of its flights away from the Ukrainian airspace.
